  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the order date.  All shipping charges for items returned are at the buyers expense. Should you need to make a return please contact me

    Refunds will not be issued for buyers remorse, so please be sure that you want to make the purchase before buying. However, I trust that you will love your piece(s).

    No refunds, exchanges or replacements for any personalised jewelry, made to order sizes, or custom orders. 

  • I send all my handmade jewellery in their own organza bag. 

    We can also gift wrap your item. Just let us know.

    I ship the products through Canada Post via regular letter air mail. Faster shipping is available if you let me know you need it quick I can work out a cost for you. Of course holidays will always take a bit longer due to volume in the postal system. 

    On average delivery in Canada will take 7 – 10 working days. 

    For the USA delivery may vary due to customs clearance. You are responsible for any custom charges that may result when the package enters your country, please be aware of your country’s restrictions. 

    In order to keep shipping costs low, my packages are sent without tracking and/or insurance. 

    I would suggest you include insurance on your delivery if its over $50

    If you require insurance, please contact me before purchasing.

    Shipping fees include packaging materials and time.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
    Please note that international shipping (any country other than Canada) can take 1-5 weeks, customs can hold items for up to 5 weeks.

    ADDRESS: I will ship to the address you provide to Etsy in your order.

  • Payment is accepted through PayPal, Direct Checkout, money orders and of course Charlene Hall Designs Gift Certificates.

    If you do not have a PayPal account you can still pay using this method. when you check out choose PayPal and select the option “I don’t have a PayPal account”. You will then be asked for your credit card details. Enter your credit card information and as soon as I receive notification of payment your order will be on its way. 

    Simple as that!

  • I will gladly repair or replace jewelry within 30 days of purchase if the item was damaged due to normal usage/wear within that time period. You must provide a clear photo of the damaged piece prior to sending it back so I can evaluate the situation on a case by case basis.

    No refunds, repairs or replacements on jewelry that has been damaged by water, moisture, perfume, lotion, cream, soap, shampoo, salt water, chlorine and any other chemical or substance. 

  • I currently use fine silver, sterling silver, copper, brass and 14 Kt filled gold

  • My current processing times (time it takes to make, complete, and package your order before it ships out) are as follows:

    • READY TO SHIP items are shipped out 2-4 business days after placing your order
    • MADE TO ORDER items are shipped out 10-14  business days after placing your order
  • All subscriptions made by the 20th of the month will be received by the 20th of the following month, all subscriptions after the 20th of the month will be received the month following the next, for example, orders placed before the 20th of November will receive their box by the 20th of December, all orders places after the 20th of November will receive their box by the 20th of January.

  • You will be billed depending on subscription…

    Monthly box – Receive a box once a month on a rolling monthly billing cycle.

    3 month box – Receive a box once a month for 3 months. A one-time payment will be taken.

    Quarterly box – Receive a box once every 3 months on a rolling quarterly billing cycle.

  • All boxes can be cancelled at anytime before the cut of date. (20th of each month)

    There are no refunds or exchanges on the subscription boxes.

    Both admin and customers can cancel their subscriptions. You can do this be going into your account and cancelling. If your having trouble get in contact at charlenehalldesigns@gmail.com
